2. Data We Collect

When you use this platform we collect: company name, contact person, email address, phone number (optional), VAT number (optional), company address, exhibition details (venue, dates, line items), and order/payment status.

为提供询价、下单、PI 出具、付款跟踪等服务，我方会收集您填入的：公司名称、联系人、邮箱、电话（可选）、VAT 号（可选）、公司地址，以及您提交的展会信息（场馆、起止日期、明细）和订单/付款状态。

3. Purpose & Legal Basis

We process this data to perform the contract you enter with us (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and to comply with Hungarian and EU tax/accounting obligations (GDPR Art. 6(1)(c)).

4. Retention

Order and invoice records are retained for 8 years per Hungarian accounting law. Login logs and access requests are retained for 12 months unless they relate to a confirmed order.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing. We use the following processors:

• Vercel Inc. (USA) — hosting
• Neon Inc. (USA / EU Frankfurt) — database
• OpenRouteService (HeiGIT, Germany) — distance calculation

Data stored at the database layer is in the AWS Frankfurt region (EU).

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, object to processing of, and port your personal data. Contact us at the address above to exercise these rights.
